Registration Methods |
|
|
Take your pets to a pet
registration station or the disease control
center for pet registration. |

|

Notice for Pet Data Change, Pet
Reclaim, Pet Transfer, Lost Pet Registration,
Death Registration |

1. |
Owners applying for pet
reclaim, pet transfer, or data change
must fill out application forms and
renew the registration card within one
month. |
|
2. |
Owners who lost their
pets must inform the pet registry with
the pet registration card within five
days. Lost pets unable to be found in
one year will be regarded as dead and
processed with registration of death.
|
|
3. |
The owner must bring the
registration card to process
registration of death within one month
of the pet’s death. |
|
4. |
No fees will be charged
on registration of lost pet or
registration of death.
|
|
|
|
|

Application for Pet Date Change |

NT$50 for Reissue
of the Tag or the Registration
Card |

|
The owner will be
charged NT$200 per day when
reclaiming the lost pet.
