Adoption of Stray Dogs

Time: 10:00~12:00; 13:30~16:00 every day except Sunday.

Microchip Implantation: NT$300

Pet Registration: Free for the sterilized; NT$100 for the unsterilized

Vaccination Against Rabies: NT$140 per injection

Necessary ID Information: A copy of the adopter’s ID card.

Procedures:

1. Choose a dog for adoption.

2. The veterinarian on duty will perform a medical checkup for the
          dog.

3. Copy the adopter's ID and fill out the adoption form.

4. The veterinarian on duty will vaccinate the dog against rabies and
         implant a microchip in the dog. 5. Charge fees.

6. The adopter takes the dog home with the rabies vaccination tag
          and related documents.

Lost Pets Reclaim

Time: 10:00~12:00; 13:30~16:00 from Monday to Friday

Fees:

Feedstuff: NT$200 for each one per day

Vaccination Against Rabies: NT$140 per injection

Microchip Implantation: NT$300

Pet Registration: NT$500 for the sterilized; NT$1000 for the
     unsterilized

※Fees are only charged on microchip implantation and pet
         registration.
          (Sterilization Verification: Male dogs will be verified by a    
              veterinarian, and female dogs without a sterilization certificate
               will be regarded as unsterilized.)

Necessary ID Information: A copy of the applicant’s ID card.

Procedures:

1. The citizen must confirm that the dog is the missing one.

2. The veterinarian on duty will arrange an interview with an assistant.

3. The pet owner must fill out the application forms and submit a
           copy of ID card.

4. The veterinarian on duty will vaccinate the dog against rabies. If
           the dog has not been registered, it must be implanted with a
            microchip.

5. Charge fees.

6. The owner takes the dog home with the rabies vaccination tag and
          related documents.
